From August 10 to 22, to further strengthen exchanges and cooperation with foreign universities, Liu Guangyi, Deputy Party Secretary of the College, was invited to join the exchange and study delegation of the Provincial Department of Education on a half-month visit to France and Germany.

Deputy Party Secretary Liu and his nine-member delegation focused their visit on the University of Paris IV in France and the German East Asia Institute in Germany, gaining a better understanding of education in both countries. During the visit, the delegation introduced China's higher education reform achievements, introduced Sichuan's higher education sector, and discussed school management. Deputy Secretary Liu also actively engaged with foreign universities, hoping to establish closer ties and promote future cooperation.
